How To Use
Spicy beef or roast lamb. Generously drizzle oil over the meat and sprinkle 3 tsp of seasoning to every 500 g of meat. Rub into the meat and marinate for 20 min — roast in a preheated oven and squeeze lemon juice over meat to stop the seasoning from burning. Once cooked, rest for 10 min, slice and serve with our Pineapple Chilli Chutney. Alternatively, rub seasoning onto your favourite steak and grill.
Spicy roasted butternut or pumpkin. Apply the same method as per the above instructions. Serve with our Beetroot Apple Chutney.
