Venison rump steaks are a larger cut of steak than sirloin steaks and full of flavour. They are great pan fried, grilled or even on the barbecue. We recommend serving the steaks rare to medium as the low fat content means that they can get toughen up if over cooked.
Venison is an excellent source of protein, as it is rich in protein but low in fat. Not only is it low-fat meat, but its levels of saturated fat are much lower than in other red meats.
